Hollianne Hall, Chef

I have worn a variety of hats in my business career, always coming back to and finding my center through cooking. I own my own company which educates individuals who have food sensitivities. Cooking healthy alternative meals and educating people how to has always been a passion of mine. I have instructed cooking classes in Whole Foods, Alfalfa's and private homes and for private parties.  I enjoy writing food articles and recipes and  was the R&D person briefly for Hope Hummus. Three of my cracker recipes developed for Hope Foods are now on the shelves at Whole Foods :)   I have also written health, food and fitness articles for several newspapers in Denver and Boulder.   I earned my Chef Diploma at Culinary School of the Rockies in Boulder, CO.   I have a background in public speaking and have done so for health care companies as well as private organizations and churches.  I just love life, food that makes sense for our bodies just makes it that much more enjoyable.
