Wiepie Cross

Wiepie Cross has always sensed a deep connection between what we eat and how we feel. Combined with her love for cooking and roots in agriculture she went on to pursue certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association, which utilizes ancestral nutrition while recognizing our nutritional bio-individuality. Upon graduating in May of 2016, she began seeing private clients, leading cooking classes and holding group nutrition classes. Most recently, Wiepie completed certification as a Gut and Psychology Syndrome Practitioner (CGP), which focuses on the gut as the foundation for healing.  When she’s not feasting on the latest in nutrition and serving customers, you can find her in the kitchen making a mess, out on the farm, or hiking/biking her way around the world.
