My journey in wellness began when I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. After college I went to the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, and soon after that became a Registered Yoga Teacher. I am a graduate of Living Light Culinary Institute and have trained at two institutions for life coaching. My main focus right now is within food and wellness coaching. In my private practice I utilize nutrition, neuroscience, and exercise physiology to initiate transformation in others.
