Laurie is the creator of Sweet Raw Joy (raw vegan desserts) and She is a certified Raw Food Instructor with Alissa Cohen and learned to make raw chocolate with Amy Levin, an internationally known Raw Pastry Chef and premier Raw Chocolatier. Sweet Raw Joy desserts are made with whole food organic ingredients and do not contain milk, flour, eggs, soy, or processed sugar. Mystic-Chocolate is created from scratch using raw organic cacao powder, cacao butter and coconut blossom sugar. The chocolate is then stone-ground 10+ hours and flavored with fruit & flower extracts, essences and spices that support the Chakra System (body's 7 energy centers).
