Marina Mails

Marina Mails has a Master's in Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She began her counseling career as a Hospice community bereavement counselor. She has worked in a behavioral health hospital, a college mental health center, and in private practice. She moved from providing mental health counseling to coaching because she is passionate about companioning people through personal and spiritual growth, helping clients identify purpose and align their lives with the values they hold most dear. Marina became interested in mindfulness meditation as a means to help clients deepen their understanding of thoughts, feelings, and patterns while strengthening their capacity to cope.  She has taught stress management, meditation workshops and classes in mindful eating. Marina maintains an enthusiastic personal mindfulness practice at home and is passionate about sharing this practice with others.
