I am the owner and CEO of Simply Human, LLC, a lifestyle training company that teaches people how humans were designed to eat, sleep, move and enjoy (manage stress). The Simply Human Podcast has climbed as high as #16 on the iTunes Fitness and Nutrition chart. I work with individuals on these four pillars of a healthy lifestyle. I also volunteer as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for a Division 1 athletic program. I write for Sarah Fragoso's website (everydaypaleo.com) and have co-hosted her podcast several times. I also write new content and post recipes for all ages at simplyhumanlifestyle.com. I believe humans should eat food we were designed to eat which does not include sugar, grains, or processed vegetable oils.
