Chef Mary Gardner, Jerome, AZ I'm a little bit passionate -- OK, make that a lot -- about plant power and wellness and how to make them fit deliciously and easily into your life. In 2013, I was certified as a Gourmet Raw Food Chef and Instructor from Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California, where students come from all over the world. After moving to Jerome, Arizona, in 2014, I created Be Well Consulting to help people live healthier lives. I now teach classes and coach a plant-strong lifestyle in the Verde Valley of Arizona.
