Matt Weber

Chef Matt Weber received his culinary training in New York City at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Healing, where the curriculum is based on health-supportive cooking. Matt's passion for community and nutrition inspired him to open his own non-profit restaurant in downtown Omaha. Table Grace Cafe, a community restaurant, lists no prices on its menu and serves people of all walks of life, regardless of their ability to pay. Their menu consists of nutritious gourmet pizzas, soups, and salads that are planned daily and prepared fresh. Matt believes that good, nutritious foods should be available to everyone and is proud to fulfill that belief with every meal he serves.
