Matthew Larsen

Matthew Larsen has 10 years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from hospital/clinical settings, to community nutrition, to sustainable/environmental nutrition, to sports performance and nutrition. He received a Bachelor's of Science with an emphasis in Food and Nutrition from Montana State University (MSU), where he also help start MSU's Towne's Harvest Garden, a Community Supported Agriculture program. He later went off to compete a Didactic/Graduate Studies program at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he traveled the state specializing in community /rural health. He is a husband, father, and avid outdoor enthusiast.
