Jeffery is a professional chef trained at Le'Cole Culinary in St.Louis Mo. Jeffery was worked as a chef in Maui Hi, St. Thomas, San, Diego Ca, and now Resides in Denver Co. Jeffery From years of Eating the recommend low fat High carbohydrate diet developed type 2 diabetes, chronic inflammation, poor gut health and dysfunctional digestion. After receiving little to no help from mainstream medicine,  Jeffery started to educate him self in nutrition and healing. This lead him to The Nutritional Therapy Association. Through the principal foundation taught at NTA and Jefferys own healing journey Jeffery wants to help others heal, and reverse there type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance.
