Rebecca Wicker

Rebecca Wicker is the owner of Got2B Gluten Free, a dedicated gluten free bakery and cafe located in Tucson, AZ.  Rebecca has always had a passion for baking and cooking.  After her husband Gordon was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy, she began experimenting with gluten free flours.  Her goal was to create all their family favorites as gluten free, without anyone being able to tell the difference.  She has created an all-purpose flour mix, which she uses cup-for-cup in most of the baked goods in the bakery.  Got2B Gluten Free opened in early 2014 and is located at 5407 E. Pima St. in Tucson, Arizona.
