We ended up in Idaho Falls after retiring from Verizon. I'm 72 and little over 4 years ago discovered natural fermented sauerkraut and milk kefer from your store in Idaho Falls shortly after N.G. store opened.  Looking up information on the internet led us to try our hand at fermenting.  We discovered fermented foods were very healthful, and we discovered it was very easy to do but at times had questions and no one to contact for information. Over time we found what worked best for us and at times would talk to people about fermenting.  I like to talk about ferments and think people would benefit form some first hand experience.
