After years in the hospitality industry I attended and graduated from the Culinary School of the Rockies, in Boulder, Co. I was fortunate enough to develop my skills in legendary local kitchens, like the Green Briar Inn, after which I was given the opportunity to be an executive chef and assist with opening three now well-established restaurants My combination of familiarity with comfort food with an upscale twist waswell received and featured in Downtown Magazine, June/July 27. Now my focus is bringing healthy meals utilizing products with no artificial preservatives or hormones to your home. This is a personal chef service focused on catering to a small client base, 10-15 families. My meals are made from scratch with fresh and local ingredients when possible.
