Tesia Nadhirrah

Nadhirrah is an Experienced Raw Food Chef with expertise in gourmet raw food made simple. Her recipes are included in the Raw Foods Bible with recipes of top raw food chefs by Dr. Craig B. Sommers, and she is the author of 4 raw food recipe books and a food columnist for the Globe Newspaper. She has supported students in developing strategies for raw food preparation at several locations (Beehive Health Essentials, Wild Oats, Macey’s, Good Earth, Iguanas Ink, Herb Shop, Private homes). She has created menus, prepared various raw foods for sale at health food stores and at special events. She is the recipient of the 2012 Raw Food Chefs Challenge, Golden Apple, presented at Raw Spirit Festival 2010, & has given raw food demos in CA & AZ. Nadhirrah received her training under Raw Food Chefs Becky Johnson and owner of the Wild Olive, Agi, owner of Agi’s Raw Foods, Renell Smith, & learned from Elaina Love, David Wolfe, Craig Sommers, and Victoria Boutenko.
