Tim Halverson

Tim Halverson received his Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Tim realized the true importance of nutrition as a Division 1 collegiate swimmer. Optimal nutrition helped him compete at a high level. Prior to serving as a Nutritional Health Coach at Natural Grocers, Tim worked in various nutrition settings. He worked in the nutritional unit in a senior care facility, as well as in sports performance nutrition at a university. Tim is very passionate about assisting people to develop healthier lifestyles one step at a time. His goal is to increase awareness of the impact nutrition plays on our well-being and quality of life.  When not at Natural Grocers, you can find Tim running, spending time with friends and family, participating in outdoor activities, and playing with his dog, Maverick.
