Valerie Olsowka graduated from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition Option. She most previously worked in a hospital as a Dietetic Technician. Valerie finds great enjoyment in promoting whole health and a high quality of life.  As someone who is affected by food allergies, she enjoys helping others make healthy and delicious meals to support their body's needs. During her free time you can find Valerie riding her bicycle or playing pub trivia.
