Victoria started her gluten-free journey 10 years ago after realizing her body did not gluten or dairy. Although she had been cooking since she was 9, four years into her journey, Victoria discovered a passion for food and knew she had to learn all she could to become a great cook. For 3 years she watched nearly every cooking show she could find, read many cookbooks and took basic online training. Then, in 2013 after going through a divorce and meeting her future husband, Rich, who also had a love of cooking, she embarked on formal culinary training via Escoffier Online Culinary Academy. From there, Victoria and Rich decided they wanted to try to create gluten-free baked goods which reminded Victoria of what she used to love to eat. They started with pizza and after a year of development unveiled their creations at the Denver GF Fair. The response was amazing and 3 months later, Victoria's products, The Gluten Free Explorer, were introduced in Natural Grocers.
