Details:

Glucose is the form of sugar that circulates through our blood and is what we call "blood sugar." When we have to little glucose we are left feeling tired, cranky, and hungry. When we have too much glucose we risk damage to our tissues and cells. One way we can ensure balanced energy levels and prevent spikes and drops in our blood sugar by adjusting the quantity and quality of food we consume.
