Dr. Shires will discuss the many factors that influence bone health and empower you to maintain optimal skeletal strength. She will provide a comprehensive overview of the key determinates of bone health.  At the end Robin Marshall our health coach will discuss how food, exercise and supplements can support healthy bones.
