The Southern New Mexico Diabetes Outreach is hosting a friendly diabetic support group led by a retired RN. Learn about each stage of diabetes and understand what the doctor may be telling you about diabetes. Learn some diabetic friendly recipes that taste great and help keep your glucose level in check!
