Its easy to fall off the habit train during the holidays, so in this workshop, we'll talk about formulating good habits with food, movement, mindset, and self-care and then how to put it all together. When you put new habits in place, you can stay focused and committed, eat healthily, move your body, and stay energized. Spending just 15 minutes on each of these habits can help you get back on the habit train and invite you to step off the scale and break free from dieting while you build a healthier relationship with yourself.
