During this hour long class you will learn the benefits of progressive muscle relaxation. William will take you through a guided session of this wellness focused exercise to help manage difficulties like anxiety, depression and chronic pain. You will learn how to intentionally use deep breathing and the releasing of tension to become empowered to alleviate stress and relax. Join us as we become more mindful.
