Tai Chi is a mild to moderate aerobic and low impact exercise system. It was developed in China 300 year ago.I will demonstrate and describe the Yang Style Tai Chi form; which is a continuous series of movements designed to balance the mind and body. It is based in principles of intentional circular movements. It is meditation in movement.
