Defining your body type could be the missing link to discovering how your body can excel and the foods you should be eating to help reach your goals. There are three different body types, Ectomorph, Endomorph and Mesomorph each with unique body builds and their own requirements for both dietary and exercise goals. Come join in to find out what body type(s) you are and ways to maximize your success as an individual.
