Amanda Ryan graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition Science, with an emphasis in Dietetics. After working for the Department of Public Health as a WIC Nutritionist for several months, she went back to school to earn a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Georgia Southern University. Prior to relocating to Oregon, Amanda worked for GSU’s University Wellness Program performing community and campus outreach - as well as teaching meditation, yoga, and facilitating a variety of health promotion events. As an ACE Certified Health Coach, Amanda’s drive is to empower others to work on their own healing process through adopting a healthy diet and maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle. Depending on the season, you can find her either crocheting or exploring Oregon’s gorgeous terrain!
