Ana is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Ana worked as a private health coach prior to becoming the Nutritional Health Coach at the Amarillo Natural Grocers store. Ana is also a chef at her family-owned Mexican food restaurant. She loves showing people how to cook delicious and nutritious meals to help them reach their health goals!
