Ashley graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2015 with a Nutritional Health Coach certification. She has been devoted to her passion for health and wellness for over fifteen years. She started this journey in 2003 working at a natural foods store and continued her quest for knowledge from there. She has been a part of the Natural Grocers family for four years. She is passionate about educating her community and sharing her knowledge with anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle. When she's not at Natural Grocers, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and children, doing yoga, and living her best life!
