Delia graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Delia’s love for nutrition was highly influenced by growing up with her father, who was a trained chef. She spent much of her time in the kitchen alongside her father, creating dishes from scratch. Delia is highly passionate about educating the community toward better health, especially on the topics of GMOs, organics, and unprocessed foods. Delia believes that food is meant to taste delicious and be nourishing to the body. When not at Natural Grocers, Delia can be found chasing her three children outdoors or relaxing with her husband.
