Nutritional Health Coach
Judy Spindler has a passion for community health education with a BS in Nutrition Science and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completion of a dietetic internship from Utah State University. Judy does her best in living out the holistic health message and tries to nurture others along their health journey. Previously, she has taught home “Get Healthy” classes to include both nutrition education and food demos and currently gets the health message out in local medical missions. The kitchen and the garden are timeless places for Judy where her specialty is creative raw salads, grain-free meals and sharing with others all this “goodness” in life.
