Karen Nickerson is a born and bred Oregonian with a passion for healthy living and having fun! She has a Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Redlands, which is where her interest in the connection between human health & environmental health was first ignited. Karen has over a decade of teaching and coaching experience and loves empowering others to make positive life changes. With the right kind of education and support, Karen believes that anyone can begin their journey to optimal health and wellness. When she’s not connecting with her community at Natural Grocers, you can find her riding her bike, cooking a delicious meal and spending time with friends.
