Mark received his certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative nutrition in 2016. He has had a passion for vitamins, herbs, and well-being since his mid-20s. Through lifestyle and nutrition, Mark has overcome many of his own challenges and is inspired to support others to do the same. He has worked in herbal apothecaries, naturopathic doctors offices, and now joins us at Natural Grocers as our NHC.
