Rachelle Phillips graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, minor in Global Health. After graduating, she worked for two years as an Instructional Specialist for the UArizona SNAP-Ed department, educating low-income youth and adults on the importance of a well-rounded diet and physical activity. Rachelle went on to receive a Masters of Public Health-Nutrition, graduate “with distinction” and completed a Dietetic Internship, to become a Registered Dietitian from NAU. She has been educating her community on nutrition for over five years, implementing nutrition awareness programs, leading class discussions and cooking demos, and conducting grocery store tours. Rachelle believes in Health at Every Size and meeting people where they are at in their lives, so they can reach attainable and sustainable health goals. When not in the store, you can find her at spin class, lifting weights, hiking, and hanging out with her wonderful dogs, cats, and lovebird.
