Sourdough: The Art and Science

This class gives an introduction to the basics of sourdough bread making. It will contain some of the history, nutrition benefits, and how this product differs from other bread options. We plan to discuss the art and craft of this tradition cooking method and hope to encourage you to start this enjoyable process on your own at home.
