Movement Basics for Beginning Exercisers

The movements neccessary to begin an exercise routine and basic programming for success.

This class will be looking into the mastery of 6 basic movement patterns for beginning an exercise routine. Whether your as fit as an Ox or new to exercise, that basic movement patterns will be recognizable to all. The class will be broken down into 3 categories: 1. Why mastering the basics is important for everyone. 2. The 6 basic movement patterns. 3. How to create a beginning routine and programming for mastery.
