In Yoga & Stress Management we’ll dive into some of the science behind stress, how it impacts our overall health and tools for creating a practice of greater well being. This includes learning some foundation yoga poses that assist with calming, grounding and relaxing the mind and body, as well as learning breathing techniques that can be done during your yoga practice or while driving your car.
