In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, apple, celery, onion and walnuts. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and oil, then pour over the salad. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Let rest 10 – 15 minutes, mix again and chill.
For a creamier mix, replace the vinegar and olive oil with ¼ – ½ cup yogurt.

I really love the recipes on your site, but it would be great if the nutritional values were included for those of us trying to lose weight or eat healthy.
