I really love the recipes on your site, but it would be great if the nutritional values were included for those of us trying to lose weight or eat healthy.

  • We are so glad you enjoy the recipes and thank you for the suggestion! One of the reasons why we do not include calorie counts or grams of fats or carbohydrates is because we feel the that the overall quality of the diet is more important for health than anything we could count from a recipe. This is part of the reason why we offer customers our healthy meal wheel to help develop meals that focus on food quality. Looking at the bigger picture of number of servings of vegetables and fruits per day along with quality protein and healthy fats is a great way to manage a health supportive, balanced diet.
