  • 2 tbsp(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp(s) Dijon mustard
  • 6 tbsp(s) olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 1 head Earthbound Farms organic butter lettuce, leaves separated, washed and torn
  • 1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 pomegranate, peel and push the seeds out into a bowl
  • 1/2 cup(s) toasted pecan halves

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, garlic, and mustard. Slowly add the oil in a thin stream, whisking steadily.  Season with salt.

Add the lettuce, pear slices, pomegranate seeds, and pecans, toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
