  • 1 head cauliflower, stemmed, washed and cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp(s) butter
  • 0 sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup(s) milk, Or unsweetened almond milk
  • 0 Paprika, Optional
  • 0 Parmesan cheese, Optional

Directions

Boil or steam cauliflower until fork-tender (8-10 minutes). Drain thoroughly (press excess water out, or it will be like soup). Place cauliflower pieces in a blender, then add butter, salt, pepper and enough milk to reach desired consistency (should be whipped until smooth). Garnish with optional seasonings and serve.
