  • 3 cup(s) low sodium chicken stock
  • 1 cup(s) celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp(s) rice wine vinegar
  • 2 gingerroot, slices, fresh
  • 1 green onion top, sliced
  • 2 lime, slices
  • 0 to-taste Herbamare and pepper

Directions

In medium saucepan combine stock, celery, vinegar and ginger root. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 8-10 minutes. Remove ginger root and discard. Add green onion, ladle into bowls and top with lime slices,  Herbamare and fresh ground pepper to taste.
