  • 1 cup(s) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup(s) coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp(s) orange zest
  • 1/1 tsp(s) chopped fresh rosemary, about one sprig
  • 1 tbsp(s) organic butter from 100% grass-fed cows
  • 1/4 tsp(s) sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp(s) freshly ground black pepper

Prepare and cook your turkey as desired- including orange slices and rosemary in the turkey cavity is suggested.

While turkey is cooking, make the glaze.

Place orange juice, orange zest, cranberry juice and sugar into a medium saucepan. Whisk sugar in to dissolve. Bring to a boil on high, reduce to medium and slowly boil, stirring frequently, until the liquid coats a spoon, about 30 minutes. Stir in rosemary and remove from heat. Whisk in butter, salt and pepper.

When there is about 20 minutes left on the cooking time for the turkey, remove from oven and brush liberally with the glaze. Return to oven and complete cooking.
