Directions

Add vegetables and liquid of choice into a high-powdered blender and process until smooth. Add spices, salt, and pepper, as desired. Serve hot or cold.

 

Vegetables could be any of the following: asparagus, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, onion, squash, sweet potatoes, leeks, tomatoes, etc

 

Liquid could be any of the following: yogurt, milk, unsweetened non-dairy milk, sour cream, etc
