Curry Boar Burgers Recipe


What do you get when you combine the health benefits of curry spices with the untamed flavor of wild boar? Crave-worthy and good4u burgers that will entice your taste buds!

2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon jarred minced ginger, or a 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, minced
1 clove organic garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon curry spice
1⁄2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 pound Durham Ranch ground wild boar, or ground elk, venison, or yak
1 tablespoon coconut oil, or other cooking fat
  sea salt
  1. Combine coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, curry, and turmeric in a medium bowl.
  2. Add ground wild boar and gently combine with hands. Don’t overwork the meat.
  3. Form into four equal-sized patties, about ½-inch thick each.
  4. Heat cooking fat in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place patties into the hot pan, making sure they don’t touch. Sprinkle the top of the patties with sea salt and cover pan. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
