  • 1 tsp(s) curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp(s) tumeric powder
  • 1 tsp(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 8-oz. can wild salmon
  • 1/3 cup(s) chopped celery
  • 1/3 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp(s) currants or golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped apple
  • 2 tbsp(s) sunflower seeds

Directions

Thoroughly combine the first four ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow mixture to sit for at least 10 minutes for flavors to develop. Serve over leafy greens.
