GT’s Gingerberry & POM Mocktail Recipe
With its fruity-berry flavor and spicy ginger back notes, this mocktail is the perfect end-of-summer refresher.
- Fill a serving pitcher part way with ice, add the POM juice, ginger juice, and frozen blueberries.
- Pour the kombucha and sparkling water down the side of the pitcher to preserve the bubbles.
- Give it a stir.
- Pour into individual glasses and top with additional ice if desired.
- Garnish with a lime circle and enjoy!
