GT’s Gingerberry & POM Mocktail Recipe

With its fruity-berry flavor and spicy ginger back notes, this mocktail is the perfect end-of-summer refresher.

  lime circles, for garnish
2 cups chilled sparkling water
1 16-ounce bottle GT's Gingerberry kombucha
1 16-ounce frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon Ginger People ginger juice
3⁄4 cup POM 100% pomegranate juice
2 cups ice, or up to 4 cups
  1. Fill a serving pitcher part way with ice, add the POM juice, ginger juice, and frozen blueberries.
  2. Pour the kombucha and sparkling water down the side of the pitcher to preserve the bubbles.
  3. Give it a stir.
  4. Pour into individual glasses and top with additional ice if desired.
  5. Garnish with a lime circle and enjoy!
