A sweet and spicy salmon, sure to knock to your socks off!

In a large self-closing plastic bag, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Place salmon in the bag and seal tight. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade over the fish. Refrigerate 15 minutes to 24 hours (the longer it marinates, the stronger the flavor), turning bag occasionally. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade, reserve the remaining marinade in a small bowl. Grill 12 to 15 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade up until the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Do not overcook the fish! Discard leftover marinade.
Serve with sauteed green beans and roasted potatoes to make a complete meal.
