  • 1 29-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 4 radishes, ends trimmed and chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch(s) fresh dill, chopped, more or less to taste
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) plain greek yogurt
  • pinch(s) sea salt & pepper to taste
