  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas (AKA garbanzo beans), drained
  • 4 tbsp(s) olive oil
  • 1 tsp(s) granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp(s) chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp(s) red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp(s) salt, or to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, spices, and salt.
  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, toss to ensure even cooking, and place back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. Watch carefully the last few minutes to prevent burning.
