Berry Crisp

2 8oz bags of frozen berries
1 cup almond flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1⁄4 cup ghee or butter from grass-fed cows, melted
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a 8-inch by 8-inch or larger baking dish with coconut oil or ghee.
  3. Place berries in baking dish.
  4. Combine almond flour, nuts, ghee, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Use your hands and mix until it makes a crumbly topping.
  5. With your hands, sprinkle the crumble topping over the berries.
  6. Place in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until done.

Optional: top with whipped organic cream or whipped coconut milk
