Alexis Burgess graduated from Bauman College with a Certification in Holistic Nutrition Consulting. She was raised in a health food desert, living in a small town in Alaska, where resources and food options are limited. Since moving to the continental United States, she has devoted herself to eating for health and teaching others how to do the same.
