2.         Timing:  The Contest begins on May 29, 2026 and ends on June 20, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

3.         How to Enter:  Entrants will be able to enter the Contest by submitting an entry form at a participating Natural Grocers store during the Contest Period using the form found in the print version of the June 2026 edition of Sponsor’s Health Hotline® magazine (the “June Health Hotline”). The only permissible entry form is the entry form found in the print version of the JUNE Health Hotline. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. 

4.         Contest Prize:  One (1) total entrant across all of Sponsor’s participating stores will receive a prize consisting of, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, either: one (1) Blackstone 28” XL Omnivore Griddle with Hood (approximate retail value: $400) (the “Griddle”), and one (1) Blackstone Grilling Kit (approximate total retail value: $50); or (b) $450.00 in cash (the actual prize awarded, hereafter collectively, the “Prize” or “prize”); and

The Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and/or use. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5.         Selection of Contest Prize Winner:  Within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Contest Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Prize winners from all eligible entries. To be eligible to win a Prize, the entry form submitted by the winner must correctly state the number of BURGER images appearing in the JUNE Health Hotline. In the event no entry (or fewer than two entries) correctly states the number of Burger images appearing in the Health Hotline, Sponsor will randomly select the Prize winner from all valid entries closest to the actual number (without going over). The selection of Prize winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. ALL POTENTIAL CONTEST WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST.  AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE CONTEST SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.  It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has complied with the conditions contained in these Official Rules. 

6.         Winner Notification; Additional Conditions.  Once selected, the potential Prize winners will be notified by telephone or email that he or she is a potential prize winner. Such potential Prize winners must verify their information, including eligibility, to Sponsor by phone or email as requested by Sponsor within ten (10) days following such notification. Should a potential Prize winner fail to verify their information as requested by Sponsor within such ten (10) day period, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prize winner will be selected at random. 

Following such verification, the Prize will be shipped to the Prize winner’s valid mailing address. To be valid, a Prize winner’s address must accept package deliveries by USPS, UPS and Federal Express and must be located in an Eligible State. If the Prize is rejected or returned following attempted delivery, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, void such Prize winner’s selection and select a new Prize winner. The Prize winner is responsible for providing a valid mailing address to Sponsor. 

7.         Publicity:  Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the Prize winner’s consent in perpetuity to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the Prize winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, statements and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8.         General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify or suspend the Contest in any way, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Contest is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate the Contest.

9.         Release/Limitations of Liability:  Each entrant agrees that Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”): (i) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity, or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity and (ii) have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.  By winning a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising, in whole or in part, out of such winner’s participation in the Contest or such winner’s receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, and Sponsor disclaims all liability in connection with such cancellation, modification or suspension.

10.       Disputes:  Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Colorado or any other jurisdiction).

11.       Precedence. 1. Each Qualifying Transaction (as defined herein) made by an {N}power member during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically count as a separate entry in the Sweepstakes by that {N}power member. Entrants are limited to a maximum of ten (10) Qualifying Transactions per day per {N}power member for this method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period; or

2. {N}power members may complete and submit an entry form online at www.naturalgrocers.com/solaray-sweepstakesduring the Sweepstakes Period. IN ADDITION, the potential winner of the eBike prize will also need to complete, sign and return to Sponsoran IRS Form W-9 (including the prize winner’s social security number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law). If a potential Sweepstakes prize winner fails to complete, sign and return the Waiver and Release or IRS Form W-9 within such seven (7) day period, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected at random.

There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. 

4.         Contest Prize: One (1) total entrant across all Sponsor’s participating stores will receive a prize consisting of one (1) $500 Natural Grocers Gift Card (the “Contest Prize”).  The Contest Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Contest Prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use. The odds of winning the Contest Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

5.         Selection of Contest Prize Winner:  Within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Contest Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Contest Prize winner from all eligible entries. To be eligible to win a Prize, the entry form submitted by the winner must correctly state the number of comb images appearing in the MAY 2026 edition of THE Health Hotline. The Contest Prize winner will be notified by telephone or email within a reasonable period following their selection by Sponsor. Within seven (7) days after such notification, the Contest Prize winner must pick up their prize at the Sponsor store at which such winner submitted their entry form, in person, during normal business hours, at a specific time to be coordinated by Sponsor and such winner. If the Contest Prize winner fails to claim their prize within such seven (7) day period, their prize will be forfeited and an alternate Contest prize winner will be selected at random.  In the event no entry correctly states the number of comb images appearing in the Health Hotline, Sponsor will randomly select the prize winner from all valid entries closest to the actual number. The selection of the prize winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. 6.         Winner Notifications; IRS Form W-9 Requirement; Prize Delivery. Once selected, each potential Sweepstakes Prize winner will be notified by telephone or email that he or she is a potential prize winner. The potential prize winners must, within seven (7) days after such notification, (i) verify their information to Sponsor by phone or email as requested by Sponsor, (ii) complete, sign and return to Sponsor an IRS Form W-9 (including the prize winner’s social security number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law); and (iii) provide a valid shipping address. Should a prize winner fail to verify their information, or provide the IRS Form W-9, or provide a valid shipping address as requested by Sponsor within such seven (7) day period, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random. Following such verification, the Sweepstakes Prize will be shipped to the prize winner’s valid mailing address. To be valid, the address must be within an Eligible State and must receive mailings by USPS and overnight courier. The failure by a prize winner to provide a valid mailing address, or the rejection of attempted delivery of the prize at the provided address, may in Sponsor’s sole discretion result in a forfeiture of the prize and a selection of a new winner by Sponsor. 

7.         Publicity:  Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a winner’s consent in perpetuity to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, statements and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8.         General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in any way, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.

3.         How to Enter:  To enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant must be a member of Sponsor’s {N}power customer loyalty program, which can be joined at no cost at www.naturalgrocers.com/join. The entrant must access a {N}power Crossword Puzzle Card received by {N}power program email or through the Natural Grocers mobile application. Each {N}power Crossword Puzzle Card contains a crossword puzzle, crossword puzzle clues, and shopping challenges associated with the clues. The answer to each crossword puzzle clue will be revealed if an entrant makes qualifying purchases, a specified number of visits in succession, or completes other in-store shopping challenges, as set forth on the card, during the Sweepstakes Period at a participating Natural Grocers store (such individual transaction or series of transactions, each a “Qualifying Transaction”). 

Each Qualifying Transaction corresponds with the answer to a puzzle clue, which will be revealed upon completion of the shopping challenge, provided that entrants enter their {N}power number at check-out upon making each Qualified Transaction. Once the entrant makes Qualified Transactions that reveal all of the answers to the crossword puzzle on the card, the entrant will have completed the {N}power Crossword Puzzle Card and will receive a {N}power Reward Prize (defined below). An {N}power member may also enter by using the crossword puzzle clues to correctly complete the {N}power Crossword Puzzle Card at the following website URL: www.naturalgrocers.com/npower-crossword (the “Alternative Method of Entry”). There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. 

4.         Sweepstakes Prize:  Entrants who solve the {N}power Crossword Puzzle by making Qualifying Transactions will each receive one (1) $5 reward, redeemable at any Natural Grocers store (each such prize, a “{N}power Reward Prize”). {N}power Reward Prizes will not be awarded as cash, are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants who solve the {N}power Crossword Puzzle without making Qualifying Transactions and enter via the Alternative Method of Entry will be entered for a chance to win one (1) $100 Natural Grocers gift card (the “Alternative Prize”). Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per entrant. The odds of winning the Alternative Prize by entering via the Alternative Method of Entry will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

5.         Selection of Sweepstakes Prize Winner:  The {N}power Reward Prize will be credited to the entrant’s {N}power account on June 1, 2026 following completion of the {N}power Crossword Puzzle card and redeemable through June 14, 2026. Within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Alternative Prize winner from all eligible Alternative Method of Entry entrants. The selection of the Alternative Prize winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

1. Eligibility:  The Natural Grocers Ruidoso Grand Opening Sweepstakes (In-Store) (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the following states who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming (each, an “Eligible State”). Employees of Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and household members of such employees, are not eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

2. Timing:  The Sweepstakes begins on March 18, 2026 and ends on April 1, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

3. How to Enter:  Entrants will be able to enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry form at Sponsor’s store located at 25992 HWY 70, Ruidoso, NM 88345 during business hours, during the Sweepstakes Period.  There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period.   

4. Sweepstakes Prizes:  The Sweepstakes prizes to be awarded consist of: (i) one (1) Natural Grocers $100.00 Gift Card; (ii) one (1) Cuisinart food processor (approximate retail value $350.00); (iii) one (1) case Lasater ground beef (approximate retail value $324.00); (iv) one (1) Aventon Pace 500 eBike (approximate retail value $1,400.00 (the “eBike”)); (v) one (1) Natural Grocers $500.00 gift card; (vi) one (1) Ninja Crispi Airfryer (approximate retail value $180.00); (vii) one (1) wagon (approximate value $125.00); (viii) one (1) case Thousand Hills ground beef (approximate retail value $93.00); (ix) one (1) Zevia Branded Prize Package (approximate retail value $520.00); (x) one (1) Boost Oxygen Gift Set (approximate retail value $89.95); and (xi) one (1) cooler (approximate value $49.00). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. 

The odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

5. Selection of Sweepstakes Prize Winners:  Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes prize winners from all eligible entries within a reasonable period following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If a potential Sweepstakes prize winner fails to respond to Sponsor within seven (7) days following Sponsor’s attempt to notify him/her that he/she is a potential prize winner, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected at random. ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.  AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Subject to the terms of these Official Rules, the selection of Sweepstakes prize winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has complied with the conditions contained in these Official Rules. 

WITH RESPECT TO A POTENTIAL WINNER OF THE EBIKE PRIZE, within seven (7) days following the date a potential winner is notified, he/she will be required to complete, sign and return (i) a Waiver and Release of Liability (a “Waiver and Release”) provided by Sponsor that discharges Sponsor from any liabilities and causes of action arising from or relating to such individual’s ownership and/or use of the eBike prize. IN ADDITION, the potential winner of the eBike prize will also need to complete, sign and return to Sponsor an IRS Form W-9 (including the prize winner’s social security number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law). If a potential Sweepstakes prize winner fails to complete, sign and return the Waiver and Release or IRS Form W-9 within such seven (7) day period, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected at random. 

6. Publicity:  Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a winner’s consent in perpetuity to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, statements and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

7. General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in any way, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. 

8. Release/Limitations of Liability:  Each entrant agrees that Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”):  (i) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity and (ii) have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.  By winning a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising, in whole or in part, out of such winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes or such winner’s receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, and Sponsor disclaims all liability in connection with such cancellation, modification or suspension. 

9. Disputes:  Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-ofpocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Colorado or any other jurisdiction). 

10. Precedence. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in other Sweepstakes materials (including, without limitation, any point of sale, online or print advertising), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. 

11. Winners List/Official Rules: To obtain a list of the Sweepstakes Prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address provided below.  All such requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the Sweepstakes Period, or such period permitted by applicable law, if longer. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for Sponsor to process your request. Where required by law, residents may omit return postage with Official Rules requests.
